Noises in the Closet

I go to bed late be usually before my dad. And when I go to bed I ALWAYS keep my door shut.

Anyways recently my dad said he's been hearing noise from my room (his room is below mine). My dad would hear foot steps walking around my room, especially in my closet.

Now have always kept my closet closed because at night it scares me. My dad swears that my cat is in my room, but I always chase him out and close my door before going to bed.

It's really starting to freak me out. I'm staying up later and later now, and getting less and less sleep. Whenever I go to bed early, before my dad he hears the noise.

I personally have never heard the footsteps, but I always feel disturbed on those nights. It's really freaking me out.
