many people think orthos a 2 headed dog was killed by hercules. no actully he was the pet of phersophone wive of hades. you see if hades had cerburus his wive had to have orthos. when hercules hero and jerk came to fetch ceburus being a family man or dog orthos attacked hercules after 5 long years hercules defeated orthos and took ceburus. orthos survied so for his braverey hades rewarded him with becoming the watch dog of the river styx.
