Nightmare Or Reality?

I'm not sure if this was a Dream or a Nightmare, but I was lying on my bed, that's when I felt an unusual form on top of me. I thought I was dreaming so I pinched myself slowly but nothing happened; the figure was still there.

I became really shocked. I wanted to scream but it was crushing my chest leaving me paralyzed! That's when I reluctantly opened my eyes and saw nothing - just a huge black smoke on me!

I had no idea what was going on. I thought I was dying so I just closed my eyes and went to sleep, but when I awoke the next day the whole reminder of the painful night came back. I'm really confused, this is becoming more daily! What's going on???
